Join us to meet more authors from our community. We will gather at our big table and have an informal presentation from our authors and have lots of time to ask questions or visit one on one. At Nightbird Books we feel strongly about the need to provide local authors a venue for promoting their work and hope you will be able to come by.
The Science Fiction Book Club meets the 4th Mondays of each month at
7pm. Selections vary between classic sci-fi, contemporary sci-fi, and
some choices that bump up against fantasy. The group has met for several
months and always welcomes new members.
The August selection is Little Brother by Cory Doctorow. It is available as a Google eBook from Nightbird if your read digitally.

Join us on Saturday, August 27th at 8pm to meet Charles Alison and Ellen Compton, authors of the wonderful photo collection, Fayetteville: Images of America.This is a fascinating look at Fayetteville through photographs dated from the 1870s through 1960s, the period when Fayetteville grew from a village to the town it is today.
The authors will make a presentation about the book and be available for questions and book signing.
